The position:
AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Analyst (JSE Sustainment and Logistics)-Senior to support Advanced Aircraft Research, Development, Test & Evaluation. The salary range of this position is $92,000.00 to $140,000.00, and is commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for hybrid work.

A typical day as a Project Analyst (JSE Sustainment and Logistics)-Senior may include:
- Provides product management and leadership support to the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead within the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO)
- Assists with all aspects of logistics; planning, execution and management with an emphasis on site activations, diminishing manufacturing sources resolution management, hardware inventory, configuration and long-term sustainment
- Supports the development and execution of the JSE logistics approach
- Coordinates with TSS PMO Product Support Manager as well as other logisticians within the PMO, JPO and the JSE Enterprise to ensure a sound approach that meets product support requirements/best practices
- Coordinates across the PMO, JPO and JSE enterprise to define and develop artifacts required for program reviews
- Provides reach-back to Subject Matter Experts from the logistics competency based on JSE team needs/gaps in knowledge/expertise
- Supports the JSE IPT program management team with development roadmaps, program schedules and the alignment of technical activities within and outside the JSE Enterprise that enable product support and sustainment
Must-haves:
- BS/BA Degree
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- 7 years of experience with logistics and/or acquisition management in the domain of military tactical aviation acquisition and sustainment
- Possesses Strong leadership, interpersonal and effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to draft clear, concise reports for varying audiences (often dealing with complex technical issues) in order to maintain effective working relationships and to provide technical guidance/briefings
- Ability to independently plan and complete assignments
- Processes strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing quick response times with attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Degree in logistics, acquisitions or aerospace administration DAWIA certification requirements for Level II Logistics
- 15 years of work experience in a field related to military tactical aviation product support
- Prior experience with Major Acquisition Programs
- 4 years of experience in logistics and program management of software-intensive or distributed network programs

Physical environment and working conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable. The employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
The employee may be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to report to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
