AMEWAS, Inc., a growing Defense Contracting Firm, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to provide Subject Matter Expertise for Electronic Warfare (EW) technical support to our customers at NAS Patuxent River.
 
A typical day for the Subject Matter Expert:

• Conduct general subject matter (data, signal, system) research, analysis, correlation, and assessment.
• Signal development to support Program of Record Testing
• Create emitters and/or modify signal parameters
• Provide technical support in signals analysis and intelligence gathering
• Act as technical liaison to outside organizations
• Conduct emitter data verification and validation.
• Participate in the development of emitter models.
• Participate in the development and design of the emitter database templates.

 
Qualifications and Experience:

• 15 years’ of relevant experience
• Ability to perform tasks identified in the above list
• Must have an operational and/or technical EW/ELINT/SIGINT background
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
