AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistician to provide support to the Wide-band Satellite Communications (WBSATCOM) efforts. Support will be provided at our Corporate Headquarters locate in California, MD.

A typical day as the Logistician:

• Attend regular meeting
• Write and develop plans needed to meet CDRL deliveries associated with reliability and maintainability.
• Evaluate and provide inputs into the data requirements for a new system.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
• Navy Logistician with P-8 and plans development experience
• Working knowledge of DLA and NAVICP processes
• Experience implementing/managing Naval Maintenance concepts
• Experience developing and reviewing Logistics documents to include: FMECA, FRACAS, Supportability Analysis Plan, Product Support Analysis, Aviation Logistics and Readiness Analysis
• Familiarity with SAE AS9100 and ISO/IEC 26702 standards
• Familiarity with DECKPLATE, AIRRS, and eRip databases
• US Citizenship and a current DoD SECRET security clearance is required.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• DAWIA Level II Logistics certification is required
