The Position:
AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented MS Project Scheduler-Journeyman to support Advanced Aircraft Research, Development, Test & Evaluation. The salary range of this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00, and is commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for hybrid work.

A typical day as an MS Project Scheduler-Journeyman may include:
- Supports the CTEIP investment project group in developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and other schedule-related products
- Analyzes and interprets project-specific documents such as statements of work, integrated master plans, work breakdown structures and other program information gathered from project teams to develop an IMS
- Ensures scheduling principles, processes, techniques and tools are correctly applied
- Ensures that schedule products are accurate, timely and consistent
- Establishes and maintains business rhythms for schedule development and maintenance of the IMS
- Establishes a schedule baseline that reflects the critical path and monitor
- Reports variances to the baseline to project staff as required
- Participates in project meetings
- Coordinates efforts with the appropriate technical directors and or project staff to ensure a complete and quality IMS
- Performs schedule risk assessments
- Provides reports, analysis and trending charts as required to mitigate risks associated with achieving baseline schedule
- Develops and presents graphic/oral presentations to assist project management who may require an understanding of scheduling-related issues
Must-haves:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience working with DoD clients to establish/monitor the execution of projects toward milestones, key events and significant accomplishment criteria
- Experience developing project schedules in MS Project, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Experience developing and maintaining project scheduling documentation
- Preparing/Analyzing project status reports to identify project critical and driving paths
- Ability to support tracking of installation and integration schedules
- Experience with planning documentation, supporting interchange meetings, reviews and briefings
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with change management documentation
- Experience supporting and managing a project/program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team/stakeholders effectively

Physical Environment and Working Conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable. The employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
The employee may be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to report to offices or buildings near the work site. Overnight travel will be required.
The physical environment requires the employee to stand, walk and/or move throughout the workday, often bending over and lifting items up to approximately 50 lbs.
