AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technician to support Ground-based Test and Evaluation (T&E) events for some of the US Navy’s most advanced Tactical and Strategic Military Communications Systems. These efforts support testing on various ground vehicles as well as fighter aircraft, helicopters and strategic reconnaissance aircraft. All testing supports the Integrated Combat Environments Division.

A typical day as the Engineer Technician:

• Provide technician level support for aircraft installed system testing of Electronic Warfare or other sensors
• Assist is test preparation, execution and post test reporting and break down
• Use advanced internal lab equipment and simulation or stimulation systems
• Position may require sharing of Internet connected PCs with other test personnel

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• DoD SECRET security clearance
• Ability to work well in a dynamic fast pace environment
• Graduate of a Tactical SIGINT Operator's Course

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
